This endorsement can
accompany CG 20 10–Additional Insured–Owners, Lessees, or Contractors–Scheduled
Person or Organization and CG 20 33–Additional Insured–Owners, Lessees, or
Contractors–Automatic Status When Required in Construction Agreement with You. The
CG 2010 and CG 20 33 coverage are for only the named insured’s ongoing
operations.
The references in the Limit of Insurance section to the Declarations is eliminated in the 12 19 edition.
(Use with CG 00 01
and CG 00 02)
This endorsement is
identical to CG 20 33 except that it adds a new group as automatic additional
insureds. This group is any party the named insured is required to make
additional insureds based on a construction contract with another party. The
named insured is not required to have a contract with the others. However, when
the construction contract expires, all automatic additional insureds that were
part of that contract are no longer additional insureds. The references in the Limit of Insurance
section to the Declarations are eliminated in the 12 19 edition and a statement
added that the additional status is conferred only for operations that are
being performed for the additional insured described in the endorsement.
(Use with CG 00 01

This endorsement provides automatic additional insured status to any party for whom the named insured has performed operations. However, this is only when there is a written contractual requirement for that party to be an additional insured on the named insured's coverage form. Coverage is limited to what the law permits. Coverage and limits are further limited to not being broader than what that contract requires. The coverage for the additional insured varies from the CG 20 37 above because of the addition of a professional exclusion.
(Use with CG 00 01,

This endorsement is
identical to CG 20 39 except that it adds a new group as automatic additional
insureds. This group is any party the named insured is required to make
additional insureds based on a construction contract with another party. The
named insured is not required to have a contract with the others.
(Use with CG 00 01
and CG 00 02)
This endorsement is used
only with policies using rating classifications that provide no separate
products-completed operations rates. Although products-completed operations
hazard is covered, it is subject to the general aggregate and not the
products-completed hazards aggregate. Coverage is not complete with only the CG
20 10 or the CG 20 37, so this endorsement is available and provides coverage
similar to both.
(Use with CG 00 01
and CG 00 02)
This new endorsement is designed to be used with non-construction-related operations but nothing in the wording restricts it. Only those entities or persons whom the named insured had agreed to add as additional insureds are coverage. However, these agreements are not requirement to be in writing. The operations must be scheduled on the endorsement. The status is limited to losses caused by the named insured's acts or omissions and acts or omissions of others that act on its behalf in performing continuing operations in the designated operations. Coverage does not apply to product-completed operations or personal and advertising injury and is limited to what the law permits. When the endorsement is required by contract, coverage and limits are further limited to not being broader than what that contract requires.
A professional exclusion is part of this endorsement.
(Use with CG 00 01
and CG 00 02)
This is similar to
CG 20 42 except that a written contract or written agreement requires that
additional insured status be provided.

services.

This endorsement
excludes all coverage for losses that arise out of or that occur while any
building or structure is being moved by an auto or mobile equipment.
(Use with CG 00 01 and CG 00 02)
If the named insured is covered under a wrap up, this
endorsement can be added to exclude the payroll associated with that project.
It should be viewed very cautiously because it excludes all coverage, including
products/completed operations. This exclusion no longer applies if the wrap-up
program ceases to exist, but it still applies if the wrap up’s limit is used
up. Do not use when CG 21 54–Exclusion–Designated Operations Covered by a Controlled
(Wrap-Up) Insurance Program is attached.
The 12 19 edition adds a definition
of controlled (wrap-up) insurance program, changes the title from consolidated
to controlled and slightly modifies language.

This endorsement excludes coverage at the locations and for the hazards listed on the endorsement schedule for operations the named insured performs for others or to property damage the products/completed operations hazard includes. This endorsement is very specific. A location and operation must be entered on the endorsement schedule. The words explosion hazard, collapse hazard, and/or underground property hazard must then be entered for that location and operation.
(Use with CG 00 01 and CG 00 02)
This endorsement is
identical to CG 21 42 except that entries are made in reverse order. The
explosion, collapse and underground hazards are totally excluded EXCEPT at the
location entered and only for the hazard(s) entered on the endorsement schedule.
(Use with CG 00 01 and CG 00 02)
This restrictive endorsement is intended to restrict
coverage to either a specific scheduled premise or a specific scheduled
operation/project. Some significant lawsuits found off-premises coverage in the
prior edition so the wording in the new version is much more precise. Of
particular note is that the phrase “arising out of” has been eliminated when
referring to the premises. The goal is to cover ONLY injuries that occur on the
premises itself and to not cover injuries from activities or decisions that
might emanate from that premises.
